Preston enterprise for all in words

Faith without hope is a waste of time, but there is lots of hope here. We’ve just written the next three steps, if we could grasp these we would go along way.

It's been a very pleasant 24 hours spent with such interesting people.

I proud to be who I am, I am proud to be a Prestorian, a representative and part of a community working towards positive change. We must keep going!

So many interesting people doing things, these 2 days have been really exciting, the skills in the room and the skills that aren't here. Lots of energy has gone into the report, we mustn't lose that effort.

It's been fantastic; everyone has made a massive move forward over the last 2 days. If we can turn each of the 6 priorities into a proposal by early August it will go into the LEGI bid. Everyone needs to become strong advocates to make things happen through LEGI and other means.

The 6 co-ordinators will come together with the consultant within the next week and will firm up the proposal for the group, we will make sure everyone here gets feedback and chances to be involved.

I wish I was here yesterday; it's good to see people wanting to change.

I hope the momentum keeps going

Excellent ideas, lots of creativity, it would be great to engage even more people.

Good to be able to input, the challenge will be to engage others.

We have been talking about big projects, but there are also some small ones which I can go away and do.

It has been inspiring, especially if we each go away and do something.

From the action plan I would like to see where we are now as well as having an action plan for the future.

I hope the report that we have all contributed to is acted upon and if it isn't I hope people are held accountable.

I can assure you it will be acted upon, the LEGI application will contain the various action points from today and the other groups will be able to feed into the bid.

If we don't get the LEGI bid we need to act on it anyway.

I was very dubious about LEGI, but now I will put my heart and support into it – and if there's no LEGI you’ve got me!

It was great, yesterday there was a blank wall, so much has happened, we’ve written a whole report on paper in such a short time.

When I came I was really down, now I have more hope to carry on now with our plan. The business is a year old

There is a strength that this is part of a funding bid, there's a great deal of spirit and intent, there are little things we can take away and do and I know from working with community organisations we can do a lot without money.
