Newcastle enterprise for all
in words
"I was sceptical about the
form, I’m used to nicely structured conferences where I don’t have to do
much – it was challenging – I walked a lot more than a normally do and I’m
coming tomorrow!"
"I hope that we can get all our thoughts and ideas together to influence
those who can make it happen. I hope we don’t leave tomorrow without
organising ourselves to do that"
"I’ve gained a lot - very encouraging – there was a level of enthusiasm to
go on and work together, I really do hope that some people will join up"
"I was sceptical – usually at conferences I pick the people I want to
influence – today I was working with my own ideas"
"Not your standard conference, there were people here who are engaged in
enterprise – it must have been daunting for them to come"
"I’m buzzing with new ideas and all the things that are going on"
"I was sceptical for the first hour, when we talked it was a lot more
interesting. I’ll be interested to see what tomorrow brings"
"Very interesting – comments and attitudes somewhat challenging"
"Interesting – met people you don’t normally see at these events"
"A lot has happened, its all pretty new to me, I made lots of contacts"
"Still a little sceptical about the format, thought it was more national
but have enjoyed seeing what’s going on in the North East"
"It was very cold and I enjoyed it!"
"Sad I can’t be here tomorrow, format is a breath of fresh air"
"My only disappointment is that I won’t be here tomorrow, I look forward
to reading the proceedings from tomorrow"
"One or two things have been useful"
"I made lots of contacts"
"When I described it to colleagues it sounded a bit scary, it was not as
scary as I thought – Open Space is a bit scary"
"It was a hot and cold day – mainly hot though!"
"A different day – but interesting"
